Job Summary
Inpatient Psychiatry Medical Director role overseeing a 24-bed inpatient behavioral health unit with leadership autonomy to build and refine clinical workflows, optimize inpatient processes, and manage scheduling. 100% inpatient focus in a well-supported clinical environment with collaboration from nurse practitioners, social workers, and medical assistants.
