Inpatient Psychiatric Social Worker (Per Diem)

Develop and coordinate individualized discharge plans for each patient while administering biopsychosocial assessments to document history and identify treatment focus. Lead process and psychoeducational groups using evidence-based modalities and conduct family therapy sessions to prepare patients for community return. Work with high acuity patients managing chronic mental health, substance use disorders, and comorbid diagnoses within the interdisciplinary treatment team. Attend regular meetings to create ongoing treatment plans and represent the facility in Counselor of Mental Health hearings for patients on legal holds. Report patient issues to appropriate authorities as required by law. Requires a Master's Degree in Social Work and BLS certification. Pay range is $30/hr. to $46/hr.
