Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for inpatient populations. Provide high-quality treatment, rehabilitation, education, and advice to optimize recovery and functional outcomes while independently managing a varied caseload. Monitor, evaluate, and adjust programs based on patient progress, support prevention of complications through early intervention, and contribute to discharge planning and transitions to community or specialist services. Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development. Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Degree (BSc Hons in Physiotherapy) or equivalent
- At least 3 years Hospital (NHS or Private) experience
- Experience working with multi disciplinary teams
- Evidence of applying effective clinical reasoning strategies to complex cases
- Post graduate experience as a Physiotherapist across a range of specialties
- Experience of independently managing/prioritising case loads
- Trained on MS Office and other relevant packages
- Possess Equipment and Medical Devices and any additional competences relevant to job role
- Possess the Mandatory Training inc Infection Control competences and health and safety
- Evidence of continual professional development
- English language to IELTS 7.0
