Inpatient Physical Therapist (PRN)

Deliver ethical, safe physical therapy services to patients with impairments and functional changes, performing initial evaluations with plan of care, daily treatment notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries within 2 business days; participate in weekend/holiday hospital coverage; communicate with physicians and health care team via Cerner and other channels; supervise PTAs as directed; maintain a clean patient and staff environment; engage in monthly staff meetings, performance and process improvement, and continuing education to maintain licensure and advance skills.
