Job Summary
Provide professional physical therapy to assigned patients in an acute-care hospital setting. Responsibilities include evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, ongoing re-assessment and discharge planning. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate clearly, build relationships to promote a collaborative environment, be accountable for performance, seek opportunities to improve patient experience, take initiative for professional growth, and stay engaged to help build a winning team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Required Valid Texas License or Temporary License
- 1 year Licensed PT
