Job Summary
Provide direct supervisory oversight to pharmacy staff and ensure ongoing department compliance with regulatory requirements and competency. Participate in staff member annual evaluations, offer feedback, and foster growth through education and leadership development. Engage in departmental scheduling needs, interdisciplinary committees, performance improvement initiatives, and training. Maintain expertise as a system expert in operations or clinical domains. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, primarily day shift with weekend and holiday rotation. Ephrata Community Hospital supports staff development and operational excellence within its pharmacy department.
