Job Summary
Inpatient Pharmacist Team Lead - Peds leads operational and clinical pharmacy initiatives within the pediatric inpatient setting. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal drug therapy through evidence-based drug selection, dosing, route, duration, and cost effectiveness; developing, implementing and coordinating pharmacy programs; overseeing and monitoring clinical and operational pharmacy initiatives; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safety, regulatory, certification and accreditation standards; serving as Pharmacist-In-Charge and ensuring pharmacy operations comply with applicable laws and supervision of pharmacy personnel.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- completion of a pharmacy residency program or 2 years of work experience as a registered pharmacist
- SC Pharmacist License
- Current BLS Certification (within 90 days of start date)
