Inpatient Occupational Therapist

Conduct initial evaluations, reevaluations, treatment planning, and discharge planning for referred patients while providing evidence-based care aligned with accreditation and licensing standards. Deliver education and training to patients and families, maintain accurate clinical documentation including conference reports and outcome data, and communicate effectively during team meetings and decision-making processes. Serve as a clinical resource and preceptor for new employees and students, actively participate in program development, and pursue continuing education to support professional growth and service improvement.
