Job Summary
Inpatient Occupational Therapist II responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, delivering therapy, and discharge planning at Frazier Rehab Institute. Key duties include patient evaluation, regular reassessments, writing and communicating evaluation results and goals to physicians and therapy staff, maintaining effective relationships with patients and families, managing costs and resource utilization, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance, supervising rehab technicians and students, contributing to program development and performance improvement, and participating in organizational goals and community activities. Strong emphasis on teamwork, productive workflow, and adherence to department policies.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed or eligible in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited college or university
- Basic Life Support (BLS) accredited by the American Heart Association
- Registered or eligible in Occupational Therapy practice as applicable
