Inpatient OB/GYN Hospitalist

Provide labor and delivery coverage and manage inpatient obstetrical and gynecologic care, including vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, and emergency procedures. Evaluate triage patients, perform emergent gynecologic procedures when indicated, and collaborate with anesthesia, neonatal, and surgical teams for obstetrical emergencies. Manage postpartum care, maintain accurate Epic documentation, and communicate treatment plans to patients and families. Participate in quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives while supporting service excellence standards. Work within a collaborative physician-led model featuring advanced practice provider support and dedicated backup teams.
