Job Summary
Inpatient Nurse Manager to oversee inpatient operations at Rapid City Community Hospital. Build and mentor a high-performing clinical team, drive quality outcomes through clinical leadership, and develop systems that elevate patient experience and staff satisfaction. Lead improvements without bureaucratic delays, and manage budgets, scheduling, and resource allocation. Requires 2+ years hospital nursing experience and 2+ years supervisory experience, BSN, active RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS, and experience with EHR, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Located in Rapid City, SD with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from accredited institution
- Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Experience with EHR systems, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
