Provide decisive, high-acuity clinical work supported by robust APP assistance within a sustainable 7 on / 7 off schedule. Focus on full-scope inpatient care while avoiding elective outpatient demands. Earn a guaranteed base salary of $700,000 plus sign-on bonus and fellowship stipend.
