Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients in a residential treatment program while applying clinical assessment methods. Manage patient care within a fast-paced, collaborative clinical team focused on connection and integrity. Support individuals through challenging transitions and healing journeys, utilizing knowledge of residential treatment programs. Work evening shifts weekly and weekends monthly as part of the inpatient mental health treatment facility team.
