Inpatient Hospice Solace Unit Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (RN) in the Inpatient Hospice Solace Unit providing direct patient care per physician orders, with end-of-life care responsibilities, and collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to meet positive patient care outcomes. Responsibilities include following the plan of care, delivering treatments, coordinating hospice services, and managing pain/symptom experiences. Requires a Bachelor's Degree to be obtained within 90 days and BLS within 30 days of start date. Ability to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care, participate in care coordination with Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, and Chaplain, and adhere to state nurse practice standards.
