Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in accordance with physician orders in an inpatient hospice setting, following the plan of care and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Deliver end-of-life care, manage pain and symptoms, participate in hospice coordination, and contribute to holistic patient and family support. Eligible for a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates; requires RN licensure and up-to-date BCLS within specified timelines; Bachelor’s Degree to be completed within 90 days. Located in Asheville/Hickory, NC with a focus on Western North Carolina post-acute and hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Bachelor's Degree must be obtained within 90 days
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days
- 1 year experience required
