Inpatient Hospice Solace Unit Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in an inpatient hospice setting (Solace Unit) in accordance with physician orders and the plan of care; deliver end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes; follow state Nurse Practice Act guidelines and organizational policies; participate in hospice services coordination with the interdisciplinary group; eligibility for a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
