Job Summary
Hospice RN on the Inpatient Solace Unit provides direct patient care per physician orders, following the plan of care, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities include direct patient care, end-of-life care duties, coordination of hospice services, appropriate pain/symptom management, and reporting needs to the team (Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, Chaplain). Eligible for sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days, a Bachelor's degree to be obtained within 90 days, and 1 year of experience.
