Inpatient Hospice Solace Unit Registered Nurse

Provide direct patient care in the Inpatient Hospice Solace Unit per physician orders and the plan of care; deliver end-of-life and palliative support, manage pain and symptoms, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient care outcomes. Responsibilities include coordinating hospice services, reporting needs to team members (Hospice Aide, Director of Clinical Services – Hospice, Chaplain), and ensuring adherence to care standards and policies.
