Inpatient Hospice Registered Nurse (RN)

Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, assist in developing and implementing the Hospice Plan of Care, and provide acute crisis management through high-flow oxygen therapy, IV infusions, and medication delivery. Educate patients and families on the Plan of Care, including medication administration and dressing changes, while maintaining accurate medical records. Manage 12-hour night shifts in Shreveport, LA, adhering to company policies and compliance guidelines. Requires a Louisiana RN license, two years of acute care or hospice experience, current CPR certification, and EMR knowledge.
