Job Summary
Inpatient Facility Nursing Assistant at 3HC Home Health and Hospice, Newport, NC. Provides personal care and related services per a clinical care plan under supervision; performs tasks including bathing, feeding assistance, ROM, transfers, vital signs, wound care, ostomy and catheter care, G-tube and IV-related tasks per policy; serves as facility preceptor for new staff; adheres to ethics and compliance; uses EMR for shift documentation; supports housekeeping duties and PPE protocols; works 7p-7a shifts Fri-Sun; requires CNA credentials and NC Board of Nursing listing; HS diploma or GED preferred; willing to participate in ongoing education and demonstrate cost-effective, patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- CNA with DHSR
- Certified Nursing Assistant II currently listed with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Able to perform personal care and hygiene tasks
- Able to follow care plans and document in EMR
- Experience preferred
