Inpatient Central Pharmacist

Assess medication therapy regimens, verify and enter medication orders, and distribute medications to patients while ensuring safe, appropriate, and cost-effective therapy. Manage medication therapy plans through monitoring, consultation, documentation, and patient education. Participate in collaborative practice, quality improvement, research activities, and education as outlined in job-specific competencies. This role requires full-time employment at Mayo Clinic with no visa sponsorship or F-1 STEM OPT eligibility.
