Inpatient Care Manager RN

Assess and plan care for at-risk patients in an acute care environment, coordinating resource utilization, discharge planning, and documentation of interventions. Ensure regulatory compliance and advocate for patients while managing the continuum of care to deliver the right resources at the right time. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, Texas RN license, and two years of acute care experience in a medical surgical or inpatient setting. Full-time day shift with on-site commuting to Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock, TX.
