Job Summary
Inpatient Attending Psychiatrist needed to staff the adult inpatient program at Valleywise Behavioral Health Center in Mesa, AZ. Caseload is 9-10 patients and the role involves collaboration with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, teaching rotating medical students with potential faculty appointments at Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, and full-time employment with a comprehensive benefits package (paid time off, CME allowance, holidays, retirement plan, employer-paid malpractice). Board certification or active process toward certification and an Arizona medical license are required. The employer is District Medical Group, Inc. (DMG), a not-for-profit faculty practice plan.
