Job Summary
Inpatient Adult Psychiatry Attending needed for the Valleywise Behavioral Health Center Maryvale inpatient program. Responsibilities include caring for hospitalized adults with serious mental illness, managing a caseload of 10-11 patients, collaborating with a psychiatric nurse practitioner, and teaching rotating medical students with potential faculty appointments at Creighton University School of Medicine (Phoenix) and University of Arizona College of Medicine (Phoenix). This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME allowance of $4,000, holidays, retirement plan, and employer-paid malpractice coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Board certified or in the process of Board certification
- Arizona medical license prior to beginning employment
