Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives for the King County Evaluation & Treatment program. Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional behavioral healthcare while managing budgets, staffing resources, and operational performance. Partner with corporate leadership, state agencies, and community stakeholders to advance organizational initiatives and maintain fiscal responsibility. Provide clinical supervision when appropriate and foster a recovery-focused, people-first environment. Full-time, fully in-person role with evenings, weekends, and after-hours flexibility. Starting salary commensurate with experience above minimum qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Services
- Current Washington State independent clinical license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC)
- Four (4) years of administrative management experience in a healthcare setting
- Two (2) years of experience supervising professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and regulatory compliance
- Valid driver's license
- Current personal automobile insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Willingness to use your personal vehicle for local meetings and community partnerships (IRS mileage reimbursement provided)
- Must be flexible to support evenings, weekends, and after-hours responsibilities as Program Administrator

Desired Qualifications
