Job Summary
Develop and implement the Learning Experience and Design strategy, providing hands-on leadership in design architecture and content development. Create scalable, learner-centered solutions and experiential learning classes for coaches and students, championing innovation, accessibility, and DEI. Lead the LED Team by training members, conducting performance feedback, and supporting growth initiatives while ensuring quality assurance across eLearning, instructor-led, and virtual modalities. Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs, HR, Operations, and Technology teams, using data to measure learning impact and continuously improve solutions. Requires a degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related fields, with 9-10 hours weekly commitment.
Required Qualifications
- completed degree or be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Education, Instructional Design, Nonprofit Management, Psychology, Interdisciplinary Studies, Counseling, Sociology, or human services related fields of study
- Creative, dependable, enthusiastic, and must have a go-getter attitude
- Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing projects
- Excellent time management skills
- Commitment to collaborative decision-making and cooperative working relationships with P4L staff and community partners
- Time Commitment: 9-10 hours a week
