[Innovative Medicine] Supervisor Warehouse & Distribution

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations and domestic transportation managed by 3PL partners, coordinating cold chain activities with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor shipment execution, ensure proper documentation, and maintain inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts. Drive operational excellence by managing KPIs, controlling logistics costs within budget, and optimizing transportation flows for bonded transport and storage. Resolve day-to-day operational issues while ensuring compliance with GDP, Trade & Customs, and EHS&S requirements. Lead cost improvement projects to enhance productivity and efficiency across the end-to-end supply chain. Collaborate with regional/global teams and internal stakeholders including EM Planner and Cold Chain teams to implement new initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving and analytical capability
- Ability to work independently and deliver results
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical industry, including GDP and cold chain logistics
- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, and operational excellence
- Project management experience
- Business acumen with end-to-end supply chain perspective
