Job Summary
Account Specialist in Oncology/Hematology for Innovative Medicine in Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. You will create plans to achieve objectives through sales and servicing of hospital accounts within a prescribed territory, make regular visits to identify customers’ needs, provide treatment solutions to healthcare professionals, gather information on orders and market conditions, prepare sales reports, develop and maintain sales forecasts, and collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives while ensuring timely issue resolution. You will initiate contact with customers, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure compliance with integrity standards. Key skills include accountability, account management, product knowledge, relationship building, goal orientation, and effective communication to support oncology/hematology products.
Required Qualifications
- Creativity and communication to manage hospital accounts
- Ability to develop sales plans and forecasts
- Experience in account management or pharmaceutical sales preferred
