Job Summary
Innovative HR Business Partner role supporting Evernorth Health Services’ Home Pharmacy and Virtual Care businesses. A senior, commercially minded HR leader who guides senior leaders through strategy, transformation, and execution across mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational redesign. Focus on translating business strategy into bold people strategies, leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools, shaping leadership capability, workforce planning, operating model design, and talent strategy to accelerate growth, improve performance, and enable transformation. The role emphasizes influencing senior leaders, navigating ambiguity, driving a high-performance culture, and partnering across Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Experience, and HR Operations. Travel ~5% and flexible work arrangements with hybrid in nature. Salary range is 111,300–185,500 USD annually; eligible for annual bonus. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- HRBP leadership experience
- Experience supporting high-growth or post-integration organizations
- Influencing senior leaders and navigating complex stakeholder dynamics
- Organizational development, workforce strategy, and change leadership
- Data and analytics to drive decisions
- Ability to travel ~5%
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or HR certification preferred)
