Job Summary
Analyze existing processes, workflows, and interfaces to support the continuous development of organizational and process structures. Conduct interviews and workshops, identify optimization and automation potentials, and work on process documentation within ViFlow. Evaluate suitable applications for digital tools and AI, while accompanying organizational and development projects. Assist in evaluations, documentation, and project reports. Collaborate closely with the management team and various departments. This role involves contributing to a cross-organizational future project within the AWO Kreisverband Nordsachsen e. V. in Bad Düben.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene wirtschafts-, natur- oder ingenieurwissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder eine Ausbildung in den Agrar-, Forst- und Ernährungswissenschaften an einer Hochschule oder Berufsakademie
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen
- Interesse an Organisationsentwicklung, Digitalisierung und Prozessgestaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Anwendungen
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Desired Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Organisations-, Prozess- oder Projektarbeit
- Kenntnisse in BPM-Tools wie ViFlow
- Interesse an digitalen Innovationen und KI-Anwendungen
- Verständnis für die besonderen Anforderungen sozialer Organisationen und ihrer Veränderungsprozesse
