Job Summary
Innovation & Testing Student role focuses on hands-on laboratory testing (wash testing, material performance testing, and comparative evaluations) and supports data collection, sample tracking, and test setup. The student will help maintain testing documentation, checklists, and internal records to improve consistency, assist with lab workflows and equipment upkeep, and support cross-functional collaboration with Product Development, Design, and QA. Strong attention to detail, ability to follow test protocols, comfort with lab equipment and data entry in Excel, and a proactive, curious mindset are essential. This internship offers hands-on product testing experience in a retail/industrial apparel context and exposure to textile/material performance testing, cross-functional teamwork, and development of documentation and standard work.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a co-op or internship program in Textile Science, Materials Science, Design Technology, or a related field
