Job Summary
Innovation Technician responsible for pest control inspections and services for residential/commercial clients, installation and maintenance of termite control systems, TAP insulation installation, and light construction/repair related to pest damage. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, performing pest control and exclusion services, installing TAP insulation, setting up and maintaining exclusion traps, wildlife removal, ensuring safety protocols and PPE usage, communicating with customers, documenting services, and participating in ongoing training to stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Requires ability to work in varied physical environments, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate company equipment; high school diploma or GED and valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Valid driver’s license
