Job Summary
Innovation Technician responsible for pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, TAP insulation installation, and light construction/repair related to pest damage; duties include exclusion and wildlife removal, setup of exclusion traps, customer communication to explain services, safety and regulatory compliance, and continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends; requires HS diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed; base pay is hourly with potential overtime/incentives; full-time role within Rentokil family with benefits starting day 1.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check (Company vehicle and gas card provided)
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us)
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
