Job Summary
Innovation Technician role performing pest control inspections and services for residential and commercial clients, installing TAP insulation, assisting with light construction and minor repairs related to pest damage, and conducting exclusion/wildlife removal. Duties include communicating with customers to explain services, ensuring customer satisfaction, setting up exclusion traps, completing production forms, and adhering to safety protocols while working around animals, insects, and chemicals. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong reading/writing/communication skills. Must be able to work in various environments and use PPE as needed; may involve indoor/outdoor work and occasional Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- customer-facing experience preferred
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/local regulations (covered by us)
- ability to follow instructions for product labels and safety procedures
- strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
