Job Summary
Support the Risk Management Division's innovation and continuous improvement agenda by identifying process optimization opportunities through stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and performance assessments. Facilitate innovation workshops and ideation sessions to generate improvement ideas, then apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business processes, controls, and operational effectiveness. Develop mechanisms for benefits tracking and governance reporting while collaborating with business, technology, and support functions to drive implementation of automation and efficiency initiatives. Act as a catalyst for cultural change by promoting awareness and adoption of innovation practices across the Division. Requires a university degree, minimum 8 years of experience in innovation or process improvement, and knowledge of Six Sigma or Design Thinking.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Engineering, Technology or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation, business transformation, process improvement, operational excellence or related disciplines
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience within banking, financial services, risk management or regulated environments
