Job Summary
Structure and steer development projects from requirements analysis to pilot operations while providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary teams. Translate requirements into viable technical concepts and actionable work packages, clarifying architecture, interface, and integration issues. Apply modern methods including AI-driven software development, simulation, and computer vision. Coordinate with product management, engineering, and sales regarding customer value, priorities, and implementation paths. Manage quality, risks, resources, timelines, and costs transparently. This role connects software, robotics, automation, and intralogistics within the BEUMER Group's global Innovation & Development unit, working directly with the CTO to drive market-ready solutions from concept to first customer deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Physik oder eines vergleichbaren technischen Studiengangs
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung oder in softwaregetriebenen Entwicklungsprojekten
- Verständnis moderner Softwarearchitekturen, Schnittstellen und Integrationskonzepte
- Bereitschaft, technische Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entwicklungsteams Orientierung zu geben
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Klare Kommunikation mit Entwicklungsteams, Produktmanagement, Engineering und Stakeholdern
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsprozessen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung ist ein Plus
- Leidenschaft für die praktische Nutzung und Erprobung von KI-Tools
