Job Summary
Manage and coordinate multiple cross-functional projects advancing the organization's strategic, operational, and cultural transformation goals. Develop detailed project plans, track key performance indicators, and monitor progress against timelines while proactively identifying risks. Serve as a liaison across departments to break down silos, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure alignment with the broader transformation roadmap. Assist in implementing change management strategies and developing standardized frameworks to support execution discipline. This role reports to the Chief Transformation Officer and supports the enterprise-wide transformation portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Three to five years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or a related field
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Must have a good driving record that meets the minimum requirements for Evergreen and reliable transportation
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Occasional travel is required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- Aptitude to learn other software programs as required for this position
Desired Qualifications
- Business, management, public administration, or related field
- Exposure to strategic planning, organizational change, or process improvement initiatives
- Experience in a nonprofit or human services environment
