Job Summary
Lead discovery and service design activities for strategic programmes by planning and facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and co-production activities. Conduct qualitative research and insight gathering to understand resident, customer, and staff needs, then map services, processes, and user journeys to identify opportunities. Develop visual frameworks and tools that support decision-making while helping teams test, learn, and evaluate new approaches. Produce clear reports and presentations for diverse audiences and build strong relationships across services, communities, and partner organisations. Contribute to organisational change and transformation initiatives by promoting innovative thinking and user-centred design approaches.

- Confidence managing multiple priorities and projects
