Job Summary
Lead innovation activities and projects from idea generation through proof of concept and first-phase support to CPD. Establish and maintain contact with internal and external partners, suppliers, and research institutes to scout and assess new technologies aligned with product roadmaps. Proactively participate in ideation workshops, submit ideas to the portal, and ensure all innovations are reviewed for best practices across design, cost, and manufacturability. Maintain technical records to support reliable patent actions and ensure compliance with audit deliverables. Drive innovation focused on new and next-generation products to expand the current portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in advanced development or technology scouting
- Experienced with product development
- Proven history of idea generation and implementation
