Innovation Consultant

Innovation Consultant to drive organizational growth through research of emerging trends, development and implementation of innovative programs (e.g., Drive to Succeed Program, Math Fluency Tool), grant-funded initiatives, and collaboration with departments and leadership. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, coordinating grant-funded projects, evaluating outcomes, building partnerships, and communicating with grant partners and community stakeholders. Skills include strong creativity, analytical abilities, adaptability, leadership, organizational skills, and experience in developing impactful programs that support growth for districts and communities. Role is Part-time or Full-time, remote with some on-premise work based on district need; grant-funded position that may be paid for by the Educational Service Center (ESC). Describe innovative projects, initiatives, or improvements led or planned, and outline an approach from idea to implementation and measurement of success. Locations include Tiffin, Marion, and Mansfield, Ohio.
