Job Summary
Innovation Project Manager (VIE) leading strategic innovation initiatives and AI-driven projects from concept to implementation in Porto, Portugal. Responsible for identifying and prioritising use cases, coordinating with business units, facilitating brainstorming sessions, organizing hackathons and workshops, designing and delivering AI training, and communicating progress to senior leadership. Builds cross-departmental collaboration, maintains relationships with stakeholders and technology vendors, and supports adoption of innovative solutions within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, product management, or innovation management, with a track record of driving technological initiatives (suggested: three to five years)
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies and their applications
- Proficiency in agile and innovative methodologies, with hands-on experience in iterative development
- Basic knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and emerging financial technologies
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, and collaborative events
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Italian or Dutch is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, computer science, business, or innovation)
