Innovation Analyst

Job Summary
Support the execution of innovation initiatives, including challenges, workshops, discovery sessions, and project follow-ups. Provide methodological support to project teams using innovation tools and frameworks while tracking milestones, risks, and expected outcomes. Assist in structuring opportunities through problem statements, hypotheses, and initial business case inputs. Support the execution and monitoring of POCs, MVPs, and pilot projects alongside ecosystem scouting and mapping activities. Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive materials to enable informed investment decisions for the Latam Innovation portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of experience in project management, business analysis, innovation, digital transformation, consulting, startups, product development
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and documentation skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and stakeholders in a dynamic regional environment
- Basic knowledge of innovation methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Discovery, MVPs, or project management
- Analytical thinking and the ability to structure information clearly
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent Spanish
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Experience building business cases, ROI analysis or feasibility frameworks
- Measurable ROI or cost impact from supported initiatives
- Familiarity with innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Proficiency with analytical and dashboarding tools (Excel, BI platforms)
