Job Summary
Accompany private and business clients on pension planning, savings, 3a/3b, ETF investment plans, and financial budgeting. Analyze client needs to develop individual pension and financial concepts, conducting counseling sessions both online and in person while documenting follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain and expand existing client relationships over the long term. The role offers free internal VBV training leading to certification, modern tools, mentoring, and flexible hybrid work arrangements. Located in Rothrist, Switzerland, this position targets quereinsteiger with a structured, reliable personality and B2+ German proficiency.
