Job Summary
Plan and design interior architecture for new, renovation, and redevelopment projects across Maritim Hotels, overseeing project leadership from initial concept through final realization. Create individual designs and special orders for textiles, furniture, lighting, and fixtures while ensuring design and execution planning quality. Develop tenders and manage cost estimation for hotel installations ranging from guest rooms to conference halls and wellness areas. Collaborate closely with senior management as a sparring partner to optimize processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium der Innenarchitektur oder Architektur
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Innenarchitektur
- Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift
- Führerschein Klasse B
Desired Qualifications
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Innenarchitektur, idealerweise in einem der folgenden Bereiche: Hotel, gehobene private Wohnbauten, Villen, Gastronomie, SPAs, Schwimmbäder, Konferenzräume oder Säle
- Kreativität von der Idee bis ins Detail (z.B. Entwurf von Leuchten, Teppichen usw.)
