Job Summary
Conduct sales activities to solicit new customer, deposit, digital engagement, and lending business while promoting e-banking and inMotion services at retail branches. Acquire new customers through your own network and collaborate with colleagues to educate clients on ATM and e-channel usage, resolving operational issues and enhancing relationships for cross-selling opportunities. Provide professional services, deliver regular feedback for improvement, and ensure compliance with anti-money laundering controls and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary education or above
- Basic knowledge of online banking services
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Strong sales drive with good interpersonal and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience in retail banking
