Inline Operator

Operate and monitor material systems including the blender, crystallizer, and dryers while safely managing extrusion equipment such as the extruder, melt pump, die, roll stack, former, and trim press. Monitor process conditions to maintain consistent product quality and throughput, performing start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers per standard procedures. Identify and resolve routine process or quality issues and complete production and quality documentation accurately. Maintain a clean work area adhering to 5S standards and follow all safety policies. Work independently and in a team environment, communicating effectively with shift leadership. Requires 2 years of manufacturing experience, ability to lift 75 lbs, and work in a hot environment for 12 hours.
