Job Summary
Manage vendor relationships and oversee daily purchase order creation, confirmations, and delivery date adjustments. Execute MRP transactions for master data updates, part maintenance, and auditing while coordinating RMA issuance and material discontinuation communications. Provide analytics on supplier performance to populate scorecards, facilitate monthly metric reviews, and support new supplier onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve overall procurement efficiency. This 7-month contract includes a 13th-month bonus and fruit at work benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, or Mathematics
- 1-2 years working in a procurement capacity
Desired Qualifications
- APICS/CPIM certification
- Solid written and verbal Dutch and English communication skills
- work experience in a matrix environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Formal problem solving training, i.e. Six Sigma
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel and Access
