Job Summary
Assist Press Operator with complete set-up and operation of the Digital Inkjet press, including the print engine, unwinder, stacker, and finishing unit. Maintain paper inventory, replenish stock safely, and monitor quality to ensure accurate stacking and delivery to the Bindery. Complete all required paperwork, job jackets, and records while performing area cleaning and preventative maintenance. Work in a production environment requiring frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, and walking. Ability to follow instructions and work overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanically inclined with good math skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability and willingness to work overtime as required
- Frequent turning, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and standing
- Continuous walking and/or standing
- Operate hand jack
