Mix inks, manage inventory, and maintain records to ensure proper viscosities, pH levels, and consistent color across press production runs. Prepare coatings, adhesives, primers, and additives for each state of the press while keeping the work area clean and organized. This direct hire full-time position requires a detail-oriented candidate with excellent color perception and basic math skills, offering a 2nd shift schedule from 2:00pm to 10:30pm in Waupun with a starting pay range of $18-$26 per hour.
