Job Summary
Conduct on-site coverage for industrial clients, delivering a full continuum of injury prevention services including assessment, triage, first aid, and ergonomic risk assessments. Implement job coaching and behavior modification strategies while providing education on injury prevention topics, office ergonomics, and health wellness consultations. Document employee encounters and maintain regular communication with client and leadership teams. Work Monday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm at the Minnetonka, MN location. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree
- Minimum one year of experience
- CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions
